Srilatha Kodali, M.D.
Dr. Kodali received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Siddhartha Medical College and Research Institute in Vijayawada, India in January of 1992. She completed her residency at the Medical College of Ohio Hospital in Toledo Ohio in June of 1999. Prior to joining PHA she did medical research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, and earned research credits from Harvard Medical School in Cambridge, MA. Dr. Kodali is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. She is on the Medical Staff of Holy Family Hospital and Lowell General Hospital.
Dr. Kodali was recognized with “America’s Top Physician Award for Internal Medicine” from the Consumer Research Council of America in both 2006 and 2008. Dr. Kodali earned recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for the Diabetes Recognition Program as well as recognition as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
Committed to making a difference and being a part of the local community, Dr. Kodali serves as the Town Health Officer and with the Substance Abuse Prevention Program for the Town of Pelham. In addition, she serves as a US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Civil Surgeon. Dr. Kodali is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, the Massachusetts Medical Society and currently is President-elect of the Middlesex North Medical Society. In addition, Dr Kodali serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boston Medical Library.
Dr. Hatim Vajihi , MD
Dr Vajihi joined Pelham Healthcare Associates in 2022. He received his Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Knox College in Galesburg, IL. Dr Vajihi then went on to obtain a Master’s degree as well as his Doctor of Medicine from Boston University. His residency was completed at University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center. Dr Vajihi believes in providing patient directed care that involves all aspect of a person's health. He takes the time to get to know a person and enjoys the relationships that are formed in a primary care setting. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, Society of Hospital Medicine, and the American College of Gastroenterology. His areas of clinical interest include Diabetes gastroenterology and preventative medicine. Dr Vahiji lives in the area with his wife and two sons. He is an avid sports fan and actively follows the Boston Red Sox, Celtics and New England Patriots. Dr Vajihi also speaks four languages, English, Gujarati, Urdu, and Hindi
Dr. Amit Kumar Sharma, MD
Dr Sharma joined Pelham Healthcare Associates in 2019. He is also currently a hospitalist at both Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH and Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA. He obtained his medical degree from Veer Surendra Sai Medical College in Orissa, India. He then went on to complete all his US medical examinations and qualifications and examinations which led to a residency in Internal Medicine at Prince George Hospital Center, University of Maryland. Dr Sharma is a member of many professional societies including the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Association and the New Hampshire Medical Society. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal medicine. Dr Sharma believes that for patients to be truly healthy the focus needs to be on all aspects of their lives. He believes firmly in patient centered care. When he is not working or studying medicine, he can be found spending time with his wife and newborn baby. He also greatly enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking and biking.
Michelle Connolly, Family Nurse Practitioner
Michelle Connolly FNP-BC has been providing exceptional patient care at Pelham Healthcare Associates since 2016. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. As a registered nurse she worked at Anna Jaques Hospital on their telemetry floor. She then moved on to Massachusetts General Hospital on their gynecological oncology floor. She then went on to obtain her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She believes in taking her time with patient so that they have all the education available to them to help navigate both acute and chronic illnesses. Her goal is always to keep patients on a path of wellness. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
